During my time at Zypsy, I had the opportunity to work as a User Experience and Interaction Designer on several impactful projects. One of the most notable was the redesign of Ramen Hero's website, where my primary task was to revamp the checkout process. The challenge lay in differentiating between monthly subscriptions and one-time purchases, a critical factor in ensuring user clarity and satisfaction.
